The volunteer coordinator has probably thought of that already though since the volunteers all work solo and never in pairs :) Louisa, it is frustrating and the gags are tempting. On that note, however, maybe you and some fellow volunteers can turn this around and have some fun with the little man--at his expense--a la Jim and Pam of The Office.
