I was tagged by Bibliolatrist to do a six-word short story. After coming up too short, but mostly too long, I finally decided on this:
She’d never seen that book before.
A versatile little story depending on where you place the emphasis. Anyone else want to give it a try?
And because it’s Friday and I am feeling lazy and I think my cats are the most adorable things in the world:

If I have any photos of my cats awake, it is usually from a lounging position (having just woken up from a nap). Ahh, to be a cat.

I love six word stories. My friend and I challenged each other to write some last year – one I came up with was
Message in a bottle – “I’m leaving”.
Daphne, love your story! It would be nice to be a cat wouldn’t it? Always sleeping, just waking up from sleeping, or just about to go to sleep punctuated by food and play and the occasional bug hunting.

Danielle, thank you. Cats are very good at sleeping aren’t they? They throw their whole being into it. I often wonder what it is they dream about?
