In “Atlas of the Heart,” Brené Brown offers readers a unique and powerful way to understand themselves and their relationships. With her trademark warmth, humor, and candor, she takes us on an interactive journey through maps of the heart—maps that we ourselves create as we interact with others. Drawing upon her latest groundbreaking research on connection, courage, vulnerability, shame, and empathy-offered both in TED Talks and her own New York Times bestsellers-Brown shows how our willingness to be openhearted can help make meaningful connections with others while also helping us develop a more accurate understanding of what lies at the core of who we are.
