The author does a great job of tracing George Miller’s career from beginning to end, and includes interviews with many people who worked on Fury Road. I learned things I never knew before – like that Mel Gibson was originally supposed to be in the lead role (!) – and it was really fascinating getting an inside look at how the movie came together.”
