Nancy Loewen is a naturalist, author, and broadcaster. She has written more than 25 books for children on subjects ranging from trees to weather to manure (yep – that’s right!). Nancy lives in Grayslake, Illinois with her husband and two sons. About the music David Busch is an award-winning composer who has scored films and TV programming for Discovery Channel, Animal Planet, National Geographic Television, PBS Nature series “Secrets of the Wild” David also teaches sound recording at Columbia College Chicago.
