This book is definitely for mystery, thriller and suspense lovers. If you’re looking for a page-turner with lots of action and intrigue, Death, Taxes, and a Shotgun Wedding is the perfect read.

- The author does a great job of keeping the suspense high and the pages turning.
- The characters are interesting and well-developed.
- It’s a page-turner that’s hard to put down.
Cons :
- The subject matter doesn’t appeal to me
- I’m not a fan of the author’s writing style
- The book may be too suspenseful for my taste

As she closes in on her targets however, she discovers that there may be someone else out there who wants them dead before they can testify against him… This was an enjoyable read – I like books that involve suspense as well as mystery and this one definitely had both elements working well together.”
