Sue Johnson is a clinical psychologist and the developer of Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT). She has written extensively on attachment theory, emotion regulation, and love relationships. Dr. Johnson is an associate professor emeritus at the University of Ottawa, where she was the founder and director of the International Centre for Excellence in Couple Studies.
