In Legacy, sports journalist James Kerr offers an insightful look at the astonishing success of the All Blacks—the New Zealand national rugby team who have won the World Cup three times. Drawing on interviews with players and coaches as well as years of firsthand observation, Kerr explores how the team’s culture of dedication and humility has created a winning dynasty Unlike any other in sport. As he shows, what makes the All Blacks unique is their commitment to being one unit both on and off the field; their insistence on hard work over individual glory; their disregard for Materialism ;and most importantly their acknowledgment that they are merely custodians of a larger legacy- passed down from generation to generation. Legacy is more than just a book about rugby- it is a testament to discipline, teamwork, leadership, and above all else integrity In an age where winning seems increasingly valued over character , this inspiring read provides readers with invaluable insight into what it takes to be truly successful.
