This book is about a new way of living that encourages people to focus on relationships and experiences rather than material possessions. Joshua Millburn, one of the authors, was raised with the idea that acquiring things would make him happy, but after he lost his job and nearly everything he owned in a divorce, he realized that this wasn’t true. He teamed up with Ryan Nicodemus to develop the philosophy behind “minimalism” which helps people strip away excess baggage from their lives in order to focus on what’s truly important. This book contains tips for decluttering your home, simplifying your life, and creating more meaningful connections with others.
